this is the second part of a school project. the first part is [link]
now this second drawing is the alternative ending of the story. It tries to show what could be 'behind the door' regarding to hope, in stead of fear.
...at least, that was the idea xD
I wanted something warm and peaceful, a bit dreamy... O_o hope it did work out
Since the project is to design two album covers, I searched for the music that makes me most happy ... and of course.... that is Loreena McKennitt :) (yes, not even Omnia xD I was surprised... and it had to fit the drawing) I guess I'll use this drawing to make a cover for Elemental... not sure yet O_o

Beautiful! Love the colours of the background and the girl!

The only thing I see is that her right arm is a little lower than left, but the rest is perfect :) And a bit different style :D

hmmm... might be right about the arm. The right shoulder is lower too so the arm had to be a bit lower than her left. but now that I look at it, it could have been a bit less low indeed. oh wel xD thanks for mentioning it
